Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Sales and Revenue for its
Porch Inspection business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales, customer success, and technical support
teams to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and best
practices to maximize profit
Foster strategic relationships with key clients and prospects while
tracking revenue forecasts and budgets
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in leading sales teams within a B2B/SaaS
software business
Experience in hiring and scaling SaaS sales organizations,
including account executives and customer success teams
Proven ability to build and lead high-performance operations teams
to drive business outcomes
Highly analytical and data-driven with a strong understanding of
business metrics
Prior experience in both high-velocity SMB businesses and
enterprise environments is a plus
