Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Application Product Analyst to
join their IT People Systems team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, design, and scale HR systems technology, primarily
Workday
Support various modules within Workday, including HCM, Benefits,
and Compensation
Document end-to-end business processes and maintain best practices
and procedures
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program
management or related fields
2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related
roles
1+ year of experience in Workday Core HCM configuration
2+ years of experience in business planning or operations
management
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant
experience may substitute for additional experience
