A company is looking for a Premium Research and Data Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Search property information through online county websites and other tools
Interact with customers and construction companies via telephone and email
Update job information in the database and correct inaccuracies

Required Qualifications

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with routine tasks and maintaining schedules
Willingness to learn new tools and software
Proficiency in data entry and database management
Capacity to meet deadlines based on service level agreements
