Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior
Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer high volume calls regarding patient billing and general
customer concerns
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and
customer complaints
Maintain compliance with all regulations and keep accurate records
of escalated correspondence
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a
healthcare setting
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
Availability to work specified shifts and complete training
requirements
