Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Telephonic Case Manager with compact and CA RN licenses.
Key Responsibilities

Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
Collaborate with all parties involved in the claims process, including injured individuals, employers, and medical providers

Required Qualifications

Unencumbered Compact and CA RN licenses
Bilingual in Spanish
Willingness to work in the Pacific time zone
CCM or other certification preferred
Experience in worker's compensation case management or ICU/ER preferred
