A company is looking for a Multi-Channel Contact Center
Representative I to manage multi-channel contact center
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process incoming requests from various sources, ensuring
accuracy
Engage with clients through chat, calls, and correspondence to
resolve issues
Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and
participate in cross-training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum
typing speed of 40 words per minute
Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively
Commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
