Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Support Associate to act as a
liaison between the Channel Sales team and ISO/MRP partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily sales and partner support for the ISO Partner Manager
teams
Assist in the ISO onboarding process and manage partner
inquiries
Maintain partner records in Salesforce and ensure compliance with
underwriting policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
1+ years of experience supporting a sales team or in B2B sales,
preferably in financial services
Experience with contract management and partnership negotiations is
a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and
Excel
Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred
