Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel - Healthcare &
Online Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice on healthcare regulations, privacy
considerations, and compliance efforts
Draft, negotiate, and counsel on B2B agreements related to
healthcare and digital technology
Represent the company in legal disputes and administrative
proceedings
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a well-respected law school and
state bar admission
At least 6-10 years of relevant legal practice experience
Extensive experience at the intersection of healthcare and privacy
in a digital context
Prior experience working with founders and start-ups strongly
preferred
Willingness to take initiative and primary responsibility as a
second attorney
