Job Description:

Well known company in the city of Riverside needing a Collector/Customer service Representative with call center experience. This new employee will be performing a lot of data entry and making collections calls (residential and B2B) calls. This is our busy season, so outbound calls are at about 80-160.



Duties:


- Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts


- Updating customer accounts


- Make payment arrangements with customer


- Data Entry


- Be able to pick up quickly


- Keep up in a fast pace environment



PAY: $10.91



Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Overtime if needed. Professional dress environment.
