Job Description:
A company is looking for a TPM to manage Agile teams and enhance
customer experience through strategic consulting and technology
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize Agile team backlog, collaborating with team
members to write user stories and requirements
Participate in team demos and retrospectives, ensuring user story
quality and adherence to acceptance criteria
Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and work with
various stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity in customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Strong product-based business focus
Experience in managing Agile (Scrum/Sprint) teams
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Understanding of user story elaboration and Agile methodologies
Experience in working with external partners and stakeholders
