Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to lead
their compensation strategy as they scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a new and simplified leveling strategy for the
organization
Ensure competitive pay, particularly for hard-to-fill roles
Drive an evolved strategy on equity compensation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing compensation in high-growth companies,
particularly Series E+
Background in managing cash, equity, and bonus programs at
scale
Ability to align compensation practices with a strong overall
strategy
Experience in developing and implementing compensation
frameworks
Understanding of market trends and compensation benchmarking
