Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the development team to define upcoming
work and identify broader solutions
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and
challenges, ensuring user-friendly software
Analyze industry trends and competitor assessments to shape
strategic positioning and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Solid SaaS experience with a strong track record of successful
feature/product launches
Experience in developing and tracking success metrics for
projects
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across
various departments
Knowledge of payroll and accounting industry trends
Experience with data interpretation to connect features to
outcomes
