Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative to provide support in a high-volume call center
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and clear responses to incoming calls and
facilitate first call resolution
Research customer inquiries and determine appropriate actions for
resolution
Identify and report trends in call volume and escalate issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Must reside in Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, Alabama, Kentucky,
Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, or Tennessee
One year of customer service experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High-speed internet access and a private workspace free of
distractions
