Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative - Phone Intake (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients needing home
healthcare services
Handle approximately 60-65 incoming calls daily from providers,
referral sources, and patients
Collect and enter clinical and demographic information into the
CareCentrix portal
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry
with knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM) and basic PC
skills
