Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Telehealth RN in
Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training and education to patients regarding the use of the
SmartMat and ongoing health support
Conduct inbound and outbound telephonic clinical assessments to
evaluate patient needs and reinforce best practices
Engage patients to actively participate in the program and ensure
they stay connected with their healthcare providers
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a related field with a Registered
Nurse license
Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience
Experience in remote monitoring and telehealth or call center
settings
Knowledge of behavioral change techniques
Current state licensure with no restrictions
