--- Associate's degree or equivalent required
--- Bachelor's preferred - -Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

2 years experience with open heart surgery. - -Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire

Licenses:
Surgical Tech Certification or First Assist Certification (CST/FA)
or RN required on hire.

Competency:
