Established group with two locations seeks Family Practitioners, Internists, Geriatrics, (MD, DO) to join our team in San Jacinto Valley of Riverside County. (Hemet & Menifee) This rapidly growing Primary Care Group is deeply rooted and well connected to the community it serves. This is a job opportunity not to be missed with great long term potential!

Job Responsibilities: Overall, you focus solely on providing the best possible care for your patients
--- Assess complex individuals using a range of diagnostic methods, preventive care and early intervention. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other providers as necessary to ensure proper diagnoses and treatment.
--- Computer proficiency via EMR and in accordance with facility procedure, including signing all care plans, orders and other necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

You will have the full support of an office-based staff to schedule appointments, answer phone calls, carry out orders, bill the visits, order medical supplies, perform quality assurance checks and handle most administration needs.
--- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm schedule, allowing you to balance your clinical and personal life.
--- On-Call schedule is limited and can be mostly facilitated through telephone triage.
