Job Description:

Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to assist with the coordination of home care services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing wound care and breathing treatments. You will also be expected to audit medications, perform g-tube insertions, and provide colostomy care. Additionally, you will evaluate residents' level of consciousness, redirect behavioral episodes, and complete daily client notes.

  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 1 Year Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
    
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse License (Required).
    
  • Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).
    
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    
  • Must have a California Driver's License.
    
  • Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements.
