Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Management Associate for
Spring 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to USAID
and Department of State-funded programs
Engage in proposal development for new projects, including
recruitment and budgeting
Support monthly invoicing and compliance with procurement
standards
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Previous professional experience in consulting, management, or
international development
Strong research skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
Entrepreneurial self-starter who works well with minimal
supervision
