This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, assigns, oversees and provides work direction to the Plant Operations Manager, Techs, Engineers and Coordinator. This position assists with projects and preventive maintenance as assigned. -FLSA: -Exempt -Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent, Technical or Vocational Training Required - -Minimum Education
X Certification in area of expertise preferred (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) Preferred - -Minimum Education
x Bachelor's degree - Must be obtain within 4 years from hire - -Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. - -Required Skills
Licenses: Valid Drivers License. Proof of vehicle insurance on hire
