Job Description:

A company is looking for a Research Admin/Fund Manager to oversee financial analysis and fiscal management for sponsored projects in the Department of Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities

Manage pre and post-award sponsored projects administration for multiple divisions, handling approximately $10 million in funding
Establish and revise procedures for financial management and create internal reporting systems for forecasting and problem-solving
Serve as the department contact for Division Chiefs and PIs, coordinating with various funding agencies and central offices

Required Qualifications

Seven years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience
Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines for federal and non-federal sponsors
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to human or animal subjects in research
Experience in financial analysis and customized reporting
Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting and reporting principles
