Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Team Operations Leadership
(Program Manager) to manage clinical programs and support global
program leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Support Global Program Leaders in managing clinical teams to meet
deliverables outlined in the Compound Development Plan
Manage team communications, documentation, and governance
activities, ensuring timely dissemination of information
Collaborate with cross-functional leads and external partners to
address risks and issues related to quality, timelines, and
budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Post-Graduate
degree in Project Management or business preferred
Professional Project Management certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical drug development or
clinical operations
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management preferred
Prior experience leading cross-functional global teams is
required
