Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Value Engineering
to lead value selling initiatives and drive sales effectiveness
across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive value selling framework
Analyze current sales processes and integrate Value Engineering
methodology
Mentor and coach junior sales engineers and foster a collaborative
culture
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in value engineering, sales engineering, or
solution consulting in the SaaS industry
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts and
highlight business value
Experience in leading and mentoring teams
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools,
particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for
customer needs
