Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Care
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of care delivery tools, including proprietary
EMR and workflows
Define and manage the product roadmap to improve care outcomes and
team efficiency
Continuously measure product success and iterate based on data and
user feedback
Required Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience within healthcare or care
delivery platforms
Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from vision to
execution
Experience with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, RCM) and
understanding of HIPAA regulations
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building
trusted relationships
A passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology
