Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Strategy & Operations to
drive operational delivery for product and strategic initiatives
within the Security division.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of direct reports across multiple
geographies
Serve as a business partner to the Security division's product
teams and influence decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and track
key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in consulting, business operations/strategy,
or an analytical role
Experience in product operations and managing a high-performing
team
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence
tool
Ability to analyze large datasets and summarize findings for
executive reporting
