Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager
(Documentation Review).
Key Responsibilities
Draft and create various real estate documents including leases and
RFPs
Review business terms and conditions of commercial real estate
documents
Manage lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and subleasing
activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant
experience
Strong understanding of lease documents and negotiation
experience
Ability to analyze and interpret complex business documents
Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
Current authorization to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
