Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Mainframe Engineer -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and direction for zSeries Storage in a
team environment
Perform capacity planning and resolve production issues in the
zSeries Storage environment
Coordinate and implement changes to the mainframe storage
environment based on business requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of equivalent
experience
10+ years of experience with IBM DASD and IBM VTS technology
10+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting storage
systems and dataset types
10+ years of experience with coding SMS ACS Routines
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM GDPS/MGM environments
