Key Responsibilities
Lead the internal performance marketing creative function to
produce high-impact creative efficiently
Drive the vision for performance creative by synthesizing key
product value propositions for stakeholders
Ensure all creative production aligns with and protects the

Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in leading performance marketing
creative functions
Experience managing both internal and external teams
Proven ability to build operations and processes for high-impact
creative output
Experience implementing brand codes into performance creative
Strong background in balancing performance and brand marketing
