Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cash Remittance Patient Accounts
Receivable Representative (PAR).
Key Responsibilities:
Review insurance explanation of benefits and post payments to
Epic
Post payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately
Investigate unidentified cash and resolve misdirected payments
Required Qualifications:
2 years experience in healthcare customer service or insurance
collections
Strong knowledge of computer billing systems, preferably Epic
Able to work well individually and in a team environment
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience in customer support or client issue resolution
management
