Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Collections Specialist to
provide customer service and assist with account resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients while recording
their information
Assist with account resolution by communicating account details and
establishing payment arrangements
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting
individual metrics
Required Qualifications
Must live in FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
High-speed internet with hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum
20mbs download and 10mbs upload)
A quiet and private workspace for remote work
Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of
training
Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule
