Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Supervisor, Central
Collections Office (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely collections for services provided,
maintaining compliance with laws and policies
Resolve outstanding invoice problems and manage collection efforts
professionally
Monitor and review assigned encounters and collection reports,
providing timely follow-up
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or an ancillary medical field or equivalent
experience
Minimum of four years' experience in healthcare collections or
patient care center administration
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience
Preferred Master's degree in a related field
Experience in a multi-site environment is preferred
