Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A, GTM
Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the Q2C strategy and
processes
Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive strategic initiatives
and develop compensation plans
Oversee order management and support non-standard deal structuring
and approvals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related
field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in Q2C, finance, or sales operations, with
at least 5 years in leadership
Strong understanding of end-to-end Q2C processes
Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Q2C automation
platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
